Short bio:
Chapel Of Disease was formed in 2008 by Laurent T., Cedric T. and David D. with bassist Christian K. joining the band shortly after. With their 2012 debut Summoning Black Gods still dwelling in the sounds of the early death metal days, they would eventually start the search for different opportunities with their music by releasing The Mysterious Ways Of Repetitive Art in 2015, which would lead up to their highly acclaimed record …And As We Have Seen The Storm, We Have Embraced The Eye in 2018. With this release the band would find a unique sound through a blend of many different musical styles and a distinctive atmosphere of their very own. In 2022 bassist Christian K. would leave the band and the remaining three members would enter the Q7 Studios and produce their newest record Echoes Of Light with Michael Zech. Diving even deeper into the possibilities as a band when set free from any musical or genre-based boundaries, Echoes of Light plays with many different moods and becomes a whole through uniting contrasts and forming them into one individual landscape of sound.
